Gluten-free baked porridge is made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote's buckwheat groats. Buckwheat porridge is an easy and filling evening snack or a tasty breakfast. Try it and love it too!

Preparation

  • Rinse the ryyns and grease the pan.
  • Mix the semolina with milk or water and add salt.
  • Baking time is 1 hour at 175°C or until the semolina is soft and the milk is absorbed.
  • Enjoy gluten-free baked porridge with berries or juice soup.

Tip

  • You can also soak the semolina overnight and make the porridge according to the instructions in the morning. In this case, the buckwheat porridge will have a slightly milder taste than if you just rinse it.
