Gluten-free flaxseed flat bread is a tasty and filling snack. It is also easy to prepare. The portion according to the instructions makes one tray of flat bread. Try it and love it too!

Preparation

  • Mix the milled flaxseeds with 4 dl of buttermilk and soak for half an hour.
  • Add the rest of the buttermilk and the other ingredients.
  • Pour the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake at 250 degrees for half an hour.
  • Gluten-free flaxseed flat bread is at its best when slightly cooled. You can also freeze it fresh to enjoy later.
