minutesGluten-free flaxseed flat bread is a tasty and filling snack. It is also easy to prepare. The portion according to the instructions makes one tray of flat bread. Try it and love it too!
Ingredients
5 dl milk
1,5 dl Gluten-free Finnish buckwheat flour from Virtasalmi Cereal Products
1 egg
0,5 dl butter sauce
1,5 tsp salt
Preparation
- Mix the milled flaxseeds with 4 dl of buttermilk and soak for half an hour.
- Add the rest of the buttermilk and the other ingredients.
- Pour the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 250 degrees for half an hour.
- Gluten-free flaxseed flat bread is at its best when slightly cooled. You can also freeze it fresh to enjoy later.
