Preparation
- Rinse the ryyns and grease the pan.
- Mix the semolina with milk or water and add salt.
- Baking time is 1 hour at 175°C or until the semolina is soft and the milk is absorbed.
- Enjoy gluten-free baked porridge with berries or juice soup.
Tip
- You can also soak the semolina overnight and make the porridge according to the instructions in the morning. In this case, the buckwheat porridge will have a slightly milder taste than if you just rinse it.
