Gluten Free Buckwheat Grits are whole unroasted Gluten Free Buckwheat Grits , giving the grits their characteristic light green colour. The dark brown hard skin of the buckwheat has been removed as it is not fit to eat. It is advisable to rinse the buckwheat semolina before use.
