Gluten-free buckwheat bran bread is a delicious way to start the morning. Virtasalmen Viljatuotes' buckwheat bran is high in fibre and protein and is perfect for adding softness to breads.

Preparation

  • Add the dry ingredients to the dough bowl and mix.
  • Add the water heated to 42°C, rapeseed oil and syrup.
  • Kneads well.
  • Spread the dough on a baking sheet on a baking paper to form a 1 cm thick disk.
  • Let rise, covered, for about 1/2 hour.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 min.
  • Let cool and cut the gluten-free buckwheat bran bread into pieces.
