Preparation

  • Crush the walnuts. Put them in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a wooden fork until smooth.
  • Pour into a greased and floured baking dish. If you are using a silicone baking tray, you do not need to do this.
  • Bake in the oven at 175°C for 45-55 minutes.
  • Test for ripeness with a toothpick, for example. When the dough does not stick to the stick, the cake is ready.
