Gluten Free Salted Nut Cake

2 dl fine sugar
2,5 tl baking powder
2,5tspvanilla sugar
2 dl whipping cream
3 eggs
150 g curdled margarine (or melted margarine)
1 dl Orange juice (or whiskey)
1,5 dl pretzels
Preparation
- Crush the walnuts. Put them in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a wooden fork until smooth.
- Pour into a greased and floured baking dish. If you are using a silicone baking tray, you do not need to do this.
- Bake in the oven at 175°C for 45-55 minutes.
- Test for ripeness with a toothpick, for example. When the dough does not stick to the stick, the cake is ready.
