5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote gluten-free steamed wholemeal oatmeal
1 dl cocoa nibs
1,5 dl cashew nuts
1,5 dl hazelnuts
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 dl honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
- Crush the nuts with a knife into smaller pieces.
- Mix the gluten-free oat flakes, cocoa nibs and crushed nuts in a bowl.
- In a saucepan over low heat, heat the honey, oil and cocoa powder. Stir until the mix is smooth and runny.
- Pour the honey mix into the dry ingredients. Stir until the dry ingredients are thoroughly coated with the honey mix.
- Spread the mix in a thin layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 160°C for about 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool properly on the baking tray before unpacking.
