Preparation

  • Crush the nuts with a knife into smaller pieces.
  • Mix the gluten-free oat flakes, cocoa nibs and crushed nuts in a bowl.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, heat the honey, oil and cocoa powder. Stir until the mix is smooth and runny.
  • Pour the honey mix into the dry ingredients. Stir until the dry ingredients are thoroughly coated with the honey mix.
  • Spread the mix in a thin layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 160°C for about 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool properly on the baking tray before unpacking.
