minutesThe gluten-free Puhti pizza gets its punch from the grain product's bull bean flour puree. The flour mix is high in fibre and contains plenty of protein. The recipe makes 3 large pizzas.
Ingredients
- Bottom
3 dl water
2 tsp dry yeast
1tspsalt
5 tbsp oil
4,5 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Cereal Product Gluten-Free Mashed Beans and Beans

tomato puree
grated cheese
pepperonia
ham
roasted red pepper flakes
Preparation
- Mix water, dry yeast, salt, oil and psyllium.
- Mix well and let the psyllium swell for a while.
- Add the flour.
- Let rise for 30 minutes and at the same time turn on the oven to 250 degrees and put the baking sheet in the oven to warm up.
- Bake into pizzas on a baking sheet.
- Fill with the fillings of your choice.
- Pull the pizzas and their baking paper onto a hot pan.
- Bake at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cooked.
- The gluten-free Puhti pizza is ready to eat after it has cooled a little.
