4 dl water (+42'c)
2 small apple grated
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp syrup
1 salt
1 dl sunflower seeds
Preparation
- Mix water, dry yeast, salt, syrup and psyllium and let the psyllium swell immediately.
- Add the apple sauce and the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Rise for 30min.
- Then turn the oven on to 220'c and put the pot in a cold oven with the lid on for 30 min.
- Then you roll the bread dough into a pot, close the lid and put it in the oven.
- Bake for 30min then remove the lid and continue baking for 15min.
- Cool and enjoy.
Tip
- Sprinkle a little flour on the bottom of the pot to prevent the bread from sticking to the pot.
- The baking time is always oven-specific.
