Preparation

  • Mix water, dry yeast, salt, syrup and psyllium and let the psyllium swell immediately.
  • Add the apple sauce and the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Rise for 30min.
  • Then turn the oven on to 220'c and put the pot in a cold oven with the lid on for 30 min.
  • Then you roll the bread dough into a pot, close the lid and put it in the oven.
  • Bake for 30min then remove the lid and continue baking for 15min.
  • Cool and enjoy.

Tip

  • Sprinkle a little flour on the bottom of the pot to prevent the bread from sticking to the pot.
  • The baking time is always oven-specific.
