  • Bottom
  • Grease a pie dish (25 cm in diameter). Mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Add the melted fat, water and egg. Mix until smooth.
  • Pat the bottom and sides of the pan.
  • Stuffing
  • Mix the filling ingredients together and spread over the base.
  • Put the mango jam in a piping bag and pour the streaks over the cream.
  • Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
