2,5 dl Viljatuote Gluten Free Bun Flour Mix or Light Gluten Free Flour Blend
0,5 tsp baking powder
1 dl curdled margarine (or melted butter)
2 tbsp water
1 egg
- Stuffing
200 g (1 pk) sour cream
1 dl sugar
1 egg
1 tl vanilla sugar

150 g (1 pinch) Jam It mango jam
Preparation
- Bottom
- Grease a pie dish (25 cm in diameter). Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the melted fat, water and egg. Mix until smooth.
- Pat the bottom and sides of the pan.
- Stuffing
- Mix the filling ingredients together and spread over the base.
- Put the mango jam in a piping bag and pour the streaks over the cream.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
