minutesgluten-free Bowl Cake is like a traditional cake, but it comes in a bowl. You can pile the cake in a large bowl to serve, or make ready-to-serve portions in small bowls. Try it and love it too!
Ingredients
- Bottom
1,5 dl sugar
4 eggs
1 rkl cocoa powder
1 tl baking powder
- Stuffing
4 dl whipped cream
1 rs unflavoured cream cheese
1prkquark
2 rkl sugar
1 tl vanilla sugar (+ a few drops of vanilla extract)
130 g white chocolate OR 70 g white chocolate and 70 g dark chocolate
Preparation
- Whisk the eggs and sugar.
- Add the mixed bun flour mix and baking powder.
- Divide the dough into two parts and mix the cocoa powder into one part.
- Pour the dough alternately onto the baking sheet in sections.
- Bake in a 200 °C oven for 8-10 minutes.
- When assembling the cake, it is a good idea to moisten the cake base slightly with, for example, a milk + vanilla sugar mixture.
- Stuffing
- Whip the whipping cream and add the cream cheese, cream cheese, sugar and spices.
- Melt the chocolate and add to the mixture or divide the filling in two and mix the white chocolate in one and the dark chocolate in the other.
- Collection from
- Tear the cake base into pieces and grate the strawberries.
- Assemble a gluten-free bowl cake by alternating between cake pieces, fillings, strawberries and blueberries.
- Finally, melt some dark chocolate and pour it over the cake with a spoon to make stripes.
