Hi! what size of high-sided tin do you need for this blueberry pie?
Yours sincerely, Marja Tuominen
Hi Marja,
For this pie, a regular deep oven dish will do. The recipe is also sized for a standard size "big" oven, so if you have a narrow oven you can halve the recipe.
I am currently out of your bun flour mix. I would like to make a blueberry pie. I have all-purpose flour mix and oat flour. Do you have a recipe.
Hi, I swapped the blueberries for lingonberries, and added 2 teaspoons of gingerbread spice to the flour (I used Virtasalmen Viljatuote's light flour mix), yum and Christmas table!
The best blueberry pie ever. Everyone loved it.
Hi Sari,
Glad to hear you enjoyed the blueberry pie!😊
