1 tlk milk dough
100 g grated cheese
2 eggs
3 dl Virtasalmi Cereal Product Gluten-Free Raw Flour Porridge or Light Gluten-Free Flour Porridge
1 tsp baking powder
- Stuffing
300 g ham strips
300 g grated cheese
1 peppers
1 onion
2 eggs
2 dl cream
a splash of oil to deglaze
Preparation
- Bottom
- Grate the grated cheese needed for the base and filling.
- Combine the milk cream, grated cheese and eggs.
- Add the flour mix with the baking powder. Mix well.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake the base for five minutes in a 200 °C oven.
- Stuffing
- Peel and chop the onion, dice the pepper and chop the ham.
- Sauté the onion and bell pepper in a pan with a splash of oil.
- Mix the filling ingredients together and spread over the base.
- Bake in a 200 °C oven for 25-30 minutes.
