Ingredients

  • Bottom
  • 65 g milk dough

  • 65 g butter

  • n. 1 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix

  • 0,25 tsp baking powder

  • Stuffing
  • 200-250 g ham in strips

  • a piece of bell pepper in strips

  • a piece of leek, sliced

  • (piece of chilli pepper)

  • 2-3 eggs

  • 2 dl milk or light cream

  • 1 pss (150 g) grated cheese

  • black pepper

  • thyme

Preparation

  • Mix the soft butter and quark until smooth.
  • Mix together the baking powder and flour mix and add to the mixture.
  • Press the base dough into the bottom and sides of the greased pie pan.
  • Put the casserole in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
  • Chop the ham, peppers and leeks.
  • Freeze the leeks in a frying pan.
  • Mix the eggs, spices and some of the grated cheese into the liquid.
  • Spread the ham, peppers and leeks in the baking dish. Pour the egg, milk and cheese mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  • Bake at 200°C on the bottom shelf of the oven for about 30 minutes.
