3,5 dl Virtasalmi's Cereal Product Gluten-Free Mashed Beans(also available in Light or Coarse Gluten Free Flour Mix would work well here)
2tspbaking powder
0,5 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp mixed herbs and spices or dried parsley
100 g ham cubes
100 g sweet hot peppers, finely chopped
100 g grated cheese
2 dl cream
2 eggs
1 tsp oil or curdled margarine
Preparation
- Mix together all the dry ingredients, ham, paprika and grated cheese.
- Add the eggs, cream and oil, stirring with a wooden fork.
- The dough is thicker than normal dry cake dough.
- Spread the dough in a greased and floured baking pan and bake in a 225°C oven for about 30 minutes (about 40 minutes for a higher cake).
