Gluten-free cardamom cake is a traditional dry cake with cardamom flavour! This soft dry cake is baked with our popular Gluten Free Durra flour mix.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Use a wooden fork to break the texture of the eggs by beating. Add the melted, cooled fat, sugar and cardamom. Add the milk or cream alternately with the baking powder and flour mix.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking tin and bake in the bottom of the oven at 175°C for about 40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool before turning it out onto a serving plate.
