Virtasalmi Cereal Product's Gentle Gluten Free Oat Flour Mix is suitable for a wide range of baking, containing plenty of fibre and flavour. The flour mixture is slightly more coarse because of the inclusion of oat flakes and bran. In the packet you will find instructions for easy blueberry muffins.

Oats are rich in fibre, protein and many vitamins and minerals.

The raw materials used in the oatmeal mix are completely additive-free, preservative-free and GMO-free.
