Virtasalmi's grain product Gluten Free Fine Buckwheat Flour is a fine flour milled from hulled whole buckwheat. Buckwheat flour has excellent baking properties and is naturally gluten-free. Feel free to try it in muffins, pies and also use it for sizing. You will find the instructions for the blini in the packet. Watch the video on how to make blin here.
Buckwheat is a complete source of protein, containing essential amino acids and vitamins B1 and B2. Buckwheat seeds contain lysine amino acid and organically bound calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, silicon and fluorine.
Naturally gluten-free, buckwheat is ideal for people with coeliac disease. Being edible and easily digestible, buckwheat is also gentle on the stomach.
No additives or preservatives have been used in the buckwheat flour of the Virtasalmen Viljatuote. In addition, the buckwheat we use is GMO-free.
