Ingredients

Preparation

  • Whisk together the soft fat and sugar.
  • Mix the flour thoroughly and add to the fat and sugar mixture.
  • Stir in the egg.
  • Crush the dough into cookies and bake them in a 175°C oven until very light brown, about 12 minutes.
  • Allow to cool
  • Spread raspberry jam on the bottom of the cookies and gently press another cookie to cover.
  • Decorate by sprinkling powdered sugar on top.
