Delicious gluten-free tomato sandwiches are easy to make. They're also quick to prepare if you have surprise guests or are running out of things to serve at a dinner party. You can fill the sandwiches with any toppings you like. The recipe makes about 8 loaves.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients together and divide the dough on a baking tray on a baking sheet into eight pieces, flatten.
  • Brush with egg.
  • Bake at 225 C for about 10 min.
  • Allow to cool and fill with your desired fillings.
  • Gluten-free tomato sandwiches are ready to enjoy.
