minutesDelicious gluten-free tomato sandwiches are easy to make. They're also quick to prepare if you have surprise guests or are running out of things to serve at a dinner party. You can fill the sandwiches with any toppings you like. The recipe makes about 8 loaves.
Ingredients
1 dl Gluten-free buckwheat milk from Virtasalmi Cereal Products
2,5 tl baking powder
2 dl grated cheese
140 g tomato puree
2 dl margarine
- For lubrication
egg
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together and divide the dough on a baking tray on a baking sheet into eight pieces, flatten.
- Brush with egg.
- Bake at 225 C for about 10 min.
- Allow to cool and fill with your desired fillings.
- Gluten-free tomato sandwiches are ready to enjoy.
