2 dl water
1 pss dry yeast
1 tbsp syrup
1tspsalt
2 dl carrot sauce
1,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free broad bean flour mix
2 tbsp oil
Preparation
- Heat the water to about 40 degrees and add the other ingredients.
- Using a spoon, scoop 9 biscuits from the loose dough onto the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle a little bit of the broad bean flour mix on top and pat the sticks flat and round with your hands.
- Put the breads on a fork and then just put them in the oven.
- The oven was a good 200 degrees and after 15 minutes of baking, the breads were beautifully brown.
- Then just a dollop of butter on warm bread and enjoy.
