Gluten-free pretzel sticks are a great snack for a night out or as finger food at a party. Try it and love it too!

75 g margarine
1 ps dry yeast
0,75 tsp Psyllium in the cereal product
1 dl water or gluten-free oat drink
for spreading: egg or gluten-free oatmeal

Preparation
- Melt the margarine.
- Heat the water to 42 degrees (well above the temperature of your hand).
- Add the water, yeast and psyllium to a bowl with the margarine. Stir and allow to swell for about 4 minutes.
- Add 2 dl of flour and a pinch of salt to the liquid and stir with an arrow.
- Add the remaining ½ dl of flour and knead the dough by hand into a ball.
- Flour the baking tray and roll out the dough into a rectangular oblong disc. Trim the edges with a knife.
- Use a knife to cut the dough into dough sticks about 1 cm wide. Transfer the prepared dough sticks to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake at 225 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Let cool for a while before serving.
