Ingredients
5 dl mashed potatoes
2 dl Virtasalmi's Grain Product Gluten Free Dark Whole Grain Rice Flour
1 egg
0,5 dl rapeseed oil
0,5 tl salt
(flax or sesame seeds)
Preparation
- Mix the egg, rapeseed oil, salt, oat bran, and dark rice flour into the cooled mashed potatoes.
- Use a spoon to lift the dough balls onto a baking sheet.
- Using floured fingers, pat the dough into thin discs.
- Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with flax or sesame seeds.
- Make holes in the gluten-free potato flatbreads with a fork.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- Butterflies are at their best when slightly cooled.
