  • Stir the yeast into the water.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the liquid in a couple of batches.
  • Knead the dough well. For example, in a food processor for about 5 minutes.
  • Make the dough into rolls right away.
  • This dough is meant to be as loose as possible, so roll it out on a floured surface into a flat disk and cut the dough into squares.
  • If the edge pieces are too small, you can bake them again into squares.
  • Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
