1 pkt yeast
0,5 l lukewarm water
0,5 pss (50 g) of mashed potato powder
1tspsalt
0,5 tsp sugar
1 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Steamed Oatmeal from Grain Product
Preparation
- Stir the yeast into the water.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the liquid in a couple of batches.
- Knead the dough well. For example, in a food processor for about 5 minutes.
- Make the dough into rolls right away.
- This dough is meant to be as loose as possible, so roll it out on a floured surface into a flat disk and cut the dough into squares.
- If the edge pieces are too small, you can bake them again into squares.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
