minutesGluten-free mocha squares with teff flour are a lovely treat. Try it and love it.
Ingredients
1,5 dl water
200 g coconut oil or butter
3 dl sugar
0,5 tl salt
4 eggs
5dlVirtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free dark wholegrain teff flour
1 tsp baking powder
- Frosting
50 g (dairy-free) margarine
4 tbsp hot coffee
3 dl icing sugar
1 ml salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Preparation
- Soak the psyllium in water.
- Whisk together the fat, sugar and salt.
- Add the eggs and whisk.
- Add the flour and psyllium jelly.
- Bake on a baking sheet at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Frosting
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly and spread on a cooled and cut into pieces pastry sheet. (save the pastries for the next day if you can)
- Gluten-free mocha squares with teff flour are a lovely treat for a coffee table or party.
