Gluten-free mocha squares with teff flour are a lovely treat. Try it and love it.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Soak the psyllium in water.
  • Whisk together the fat, sugar and salt.
  • Add the eggs and whisk.
  • Add the flour and psyllium jelly.
  • Bake on a baking sheet at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Frosting
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly and spread on a cooled and cut into pieces pastry sheet. (save the pastries for the next day if you can)
  • Gluten-free mocha squares with teff flour are a lovely treat for a coffee table or party.
