minutesGluten-free Cinnamon Cakes are an easy and traditional treat for coffee and parties. Gluten-free rice flour from Virtasalmen Viljatuote adds texture to the biscuits.
Ingredients
120 g butter/margarine
180 g ( approx. 2 dl ) sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tl vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
0,5 tsp ksantania
200 g ( approx. 3 dl ) Viljatuote Gluten Free Bun Flour Mix
150 g ( approx. 2 dl ) Gluten Free Rice Flour from Virtasalmi Cereal Product
Preparation
- Whip the butter and sugar into a froth.
- Add the eggs one by one.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add them to the foam, stirring by hand.
- Put the piping bag in a bag and use a star shaped cookie cutter (tip of the piping bag) to form S-shaped cookies.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Gluten-free cinnamon water is a tasty addition to the coffee table.
