Gluten-free Cinnamon Cakes are an easy and traditional treat for coffee and parties. Gluten-free rice flour from Virtasalmen Viljatuote adds texture to the biscuits.

  • Whip the butter and sugar into a froth.
  • Add the eggs one by one.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together and add them to the foam, stirring by hand.
  • Put the piping bag in a bag and use a star shaped cookie cutter (tip of the piping bag) to form S-shaped cookies.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
