Preparation

  • Add the wholemeal horseradish flour to the boiling water, whisking well.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 min.
  • Add salt and let the porridge simmer for a little longer.
  • Serve with a butter eye or berries.

  1. Thanks for the information on cooking time and how much flour per litre of liquid. The lingonberry porridge came out really good with sorghum flour, 1dl sugar and a good 5 dl of new autumn lingonberries.
