Hello! I would like to make a savoury Christmas feast gluten-free. I wonder how that would work?
Savoury Christmas Ham
Base:
3 eggs
5 dl buttermilk
1 1/2 dl wheat flour
1/2 dl rye flour
1 dl beer malt
2 tbsp dark syrup
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tsp salt
The filling should be filled with cold smoked salmon, cream cheese, etc.

Sorry for the delay in replying! The flour in the recipe can be substituted with gluten-free flour, but beer malt is not gluten-free. We also have a recipe for island bread https://www.virtasalmenviljatuote.fi/gluteenittomat-reseptit/gluteeniton-saaristolaisleipa/ This recipe has not been tried on a baking sheet, but is definitely worth a try.
