  1. Hello! I would like to make a savoury Christmas feast gluten-free. I wonder how that would work?
    Savoury Christmas Ham
    Base:
    3 eggs
    5 dl buttermilk
    1 1/2 dl wheat flour
    1/2 dl rye flour
    1 dl beer malt
    2 tbsp dark syrup
    1 tbsp rapeseed oil
    1 tsp salt
    The filling should be filled with cold smoked salmon, cream cheese, etc.
