Preparation

  • Bottom
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Pat into a greased and floured 21cm x 21cm loose-bottomed baking dish or small (approx 20cm) round baking dish.
  • Stuffing
  • Mix the cream, egg, grated cheese, potato flour and lemon pepper together and pour over the base.
  • Chop the peppers, dill and arugula (leave the arugula in large chunks) and sprinkle over the cream mixture, finally sprinkle over the salmon and bake at 200'c for about 20min.
  • Let cool and serve with coffee.

  1. Apparently you don't need potato flour in the filling, since the instructions don't tell you to add it to the cream?
