0,5dlVirtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free dark wholegrain teff flour
0,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1,5 dl milk
- Stuffing
150 g smoked salmon, also cold smoked salmon or grey salmon
2,5 dl cream of three onions
1 egg
1 dl grated cheese
2,5 tbsp potato flour
1 tsp lemon pepper
0,5 dl fresh dill
40 g red pepper
40 g yellow pepper
0,5 dl arugula
Preparation
- Bottom
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Pat into a greased and floured 21cm x 21cm loose-bottomed baking dish or small (approx 20cm) round baking dish.
- Stuffing
- Mix the cream, egg, grated cheese, potato flour and lemon pepper together and pour over the base.
- Chop the peppers, dill and arugula (leave the arugula in large chunks) and sprinkle over the cream mixture, finally sprinkle over the salmon and bake at 200'c for about 20min.
- Let cool and serve with coffee.
Apparently you don't need potato flour in the filling, since the instructions don't tell you to add it to the cream?
