Gluten-free Reichenbread is a dark delicacy that you can eat for breakfast or as a snack. Try this easy recipe and you'll love it.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Just
  • Stir the yeast into the liquid and add the psyllium and oat flakes.
  • Cover the bowl with a cloth and place in a warm / draft-free place for about 15 minutes.
  • Dough
  • Add the ingredients to the root.
  • Knead the dough e.g. with an electric mixer (dough hooks) or by hand.
  • Grind the table and tip the dough onto it.
  • Divide into two pieces, pat or roll out two flat round loaves.
  • Make a hole in the middle of the mould and cross the surface lines.
  • Let rise for about 60 minutes.
  • Use a fork to poke holes in the surface of the bread.
  • Bake at 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Gluten-free rye bread is at its best when slightly chilled.

  1. Hello! I wonder if it's possible to make it with buckwheat flakes when oats are not suitable?

      We haven't tried using buckwheat flakes in this recipe, but I think it will work too!
