A delicious Gluten Free Carrot Bread is definitely worth the effort. Prepare the dough the night before and bake in the morning. You'll have fresh bread right away for breakfast.

Preparation

  • Mix dry yeast, psyllium, salt and carrot grits into the water.
  • Finally, add the flour.
  • Stir well, but don't bother.
  • Let rise for 12 h on the table at room temperature, cover the bowl with cling film.
  • The next morning, quickly roll the dough into a ball and let it rise for another 30 minutes under a cloth.
  • Put the pot with the lid in a cold oven and turn the oven on to 225 C, let it warm up for 30 min.
  • Then put the bread in the pot and put the lid on.
  • Bake for 30 min, then remove the lid and continue baking for 15 min.
  • Gluten-free carrot pancake is ready to enjoy after a little cooling.
