Spinach is a superfood, this bread is easily baked with Virtasalmen Viljatuote' light, gluten-free flour mix.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Boil the water, add the frozen spinach and stir. Add the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into a 1½ litre loaf tin and cover with a baking sheet.
  • Let rise for at least half an hour.
  • Bake in a 200 °C convection oven for about 45 minutes. (Without convection, the temperature is 225 °C.)
