Gluten Free Dark Buns

minutesVirtasalmen Viljatuote's Gluten-free dark flour mix contains a lot of fibre and is made from Finnish ingredients.
Ingredients
5 dl water
n. 35 g yeast or 1 bag of dry yeast
2 rkl syrup
1tspsalt
1 dl rapeseed oil
350 g Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free dark flour mix (approx. 4,7 dl)
Preparation
- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm (dry yeast 42 C) water.
- Mix in the salt, syrup, flour mix and oil.
- Bake into rolls.
- Rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Bake at 225°C for about 20-25 minutes until the rolls are nicely brown.

Tip
- Preferably use an electric mixer to prepare the dough.
Well done to a beginner without a universal machine, yum!
