Virtasalmen Viljatuote's Gluten-free dark flour mix contains a lot of fibre and is made from Finnish ingredients.



  • Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm (dry yeast 42 C) water.
  • Mix in the salt, syrup, flour mix and oil.
  • Bake into rolls.
  • Rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Bake at 225°C for about 20-25 minutes until the rolls are nicely brown.

  • Preferably use an electric mixer to prepare the dough.
