kplDelicious gluten-free Naan bread is a mouth-watering treat. No need to rise this dough, it's ready to bake. The dough makes 8 pieces of Naan bread.
Ingredients
2 dl unflavoured yoghurt
3,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1 tbsp olive oil
0,5 tsp ksantania
2tspbaking powder
a pinch of salt
for frying: olive oil
- Garlic-parsley oil
0,75 dl olive oil
3-5 crushed garlic clove
bunch of parsley
Preparation
- Use an arrow to mix all the ingredients together. Finally, knead the dough into a ball by hand.
- Make an oblong ball of dough on a floured surface.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
- Add flour to the surface and roll the dough pieces into thin discs.
- Fry the dough sheets with olive oil in a pan. About 3 min per side. You will notice when bubbles form in the dough, in which case you can flip the baking sheet.
- Prepare the garlic-pepper oil. Mix the ingredients together.
- Drizzle garlic-pepper oil over the finished Naan breads using a bun squeezer.
