minutesBlueberry cock is a traditional Savoie delicacy and now you can also make it gluten-free. The blueberries sweeten the dark dough crust, giving it a woodsy taste. Serve the gluten-free blueberry cake with vanilla ice cream or sauce.
Ingredients
125 g butter
0,75 dl sugar
0,5 prk sour cream
1,5 tsp baking powder
- Stuffing
8 dl blueberries
1 dl sugar
0,5 dl potato flour
Preparation
- Put the cream in a bowl and mix in the psyllium and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add the cream and flour mix to the mixture and mix together.
- Divide the dough into 1/3 and 2/3 sized balls. Press the larger ball of dough into the bottom and sides of the greased baking pan.
- Mix the filling ingredients together and pour into the baking dish. Using flour, pat a smaller ball of dough into a pan-sized disk. Using a baking sheet, transfer the dough to the blueberries and seal the edges, for example with a fork. Press a few holes in the lid as well.
- Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve the gluten-free blueberry cake with custard or ice cream.

Hi Anita! Thank you for your message. The delivery cost for a 5kg parcel is 8 € via Post and Matkahuolto and 7 € as a pick-up parcel. You can also choose home delivery via Post, which is 13 € for a 5kg parcel. Otherwise, the parcel can be picked up from the point of your choice.
The blueberry blossom turned out heavenly good! The instructions were clear and easy. The baking went well, even though I haven't made many gluten-free baked goods in my life. I highly recommend this recipe!
