Preparation

  • Bottom
  • Beat the egg and sugar.
  • Add the mixed dry ingredients and the melted butter alternately.
  • Pre-bake the base for 5 minutes.
  • Stuffing
  • Chop the apples.
  • Place the apple slices on a pre-cooked tray.
  • Sprinkle sugar over the apple slices.
  • Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the apples.
  • Bake the pie for 35min ( 225 degrees in the oven and 175 degrees in the convection oven)
