0,5 dl (cane) sugar
100 g melted butter
1dlVirtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free dark wholegrain teff flour
1 tsp baking powder
- Stuffing
apple parcels
sugar
2 eggs
150 g crème fraiche
0,5 dl cream 15 %
1 tl vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Bottom
- Beat the egg and sugar.
- Add the mixed dry ingredients and the melted butter alternately.
- Pre-bake the base for 5 minutes.
- Stuffing
- Chop the apples.
- Place the apple slices on a pre-cooked tray.
- Sprinkle sugar over the apple slices.
- Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the apples.
- Bake the pie for 35min ( 225 degrees in the oven and 175 degrees in the convection oven)
