Gluten-free oat bread is full of flavour and oat power! Enjoy fresh or frozen.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • If you are using dry yeast, put 42°C water in a bowl.
  • Mix the syrup, salt and dry yeast mixed with a small amount of flour into the water.
  • Gradually add the remaining flour.
  • If using fresh yeast, break the yeast into lukewarm water.
  • Add salt, syrup and flour.
  • Start the dough by hand or with an electric mixer.
  • Let the dough rise for about 10 minutes before baking.
  • Knead the dough on a floured board and shape into a loaf.
  • Place the bread in a greased/flour coated loaf pan.
  • Rise for about 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 225 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  • Enjoy the gluten-free oatmeal bread fresh or freeze it to wait for a better time.
