Gluten-free Cranberry-Mustard-White Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 dl fine sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar

  • 3 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free bun flour mix

  • 1,5 tsp baking powder

  • 75 g white chocolate

  • 75 g dried cranberries

  • 150 g melted butter or margarine

  • 1 dl vichy water (or fresh juice)

  • 2 egg

  • Surface of
  • 1,5 dl blueberries

Preparation

  • Finely chop the chocolate and dried cranberries.
  • Mix the dry ingredients with the cranberries and chocolate chips in a bowl.
  • Using a wooden fork, add the melted butter, eggs and vichy water until a smooth dough is formed.
  • Pour into a greased pie dish (27 cm diameter).
  • Sprinkle the blueberries on top and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25-35 minutes.
