Gluten-free Cranberry-Mustard-White Chocolate Pie

2 dl fine sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1,5 tsp baking powder
75 g white chocolate
75 g dried cranberries
150 g melted butter or margarine
1 dl vichy water (or fresh juice)
2 egg
- Surface of
1,5 dl blueberries
Preparation
- Finely chop the chocolate and dried cranberries.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the cranberries and chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Using a wooden fork, add the melted butter, eggs and vichy water until a smooth dough is formed.
- Pour into a greased pie dish (27 cm diameter).
- Sprinkle the blueberries on top and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25-35 minutes.
