Ingredients
3 dl Virtasalmi's Grain Product Dark Gluten Free Whole Grain Rice Flour
3 dl sugar
2 dl unflavoured yoghurt
200 g melted butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl (do not whisk).
- Put the dough in a greased and floured (e.g. dark rice flour) pan.
- Bake the cake at 175 degrees for about 1 hour.
- Do not tip the cake onto the plate until it has cooled for a while.
- Decorate the gluten-free yoghurt cake with icing sugar if you wish
