Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl (do not whisk).
  • Put the dough in a greased and floured (e.g. dark rice flour) pan.
  • Bake the cake at 175 degrees for about 1 hour.
  • Do not tip the cake onto the plate until it has cooled for a while.
  • Decorate the gluten-free yoghurt cake with icing sugar if you wish
