minutesGluten-free easy blueberry pie is a delicious addition to the coffee table. Swap blueberries for other berries or even apples! This quick and easy recipe is perfect for any pie!
Ingredients
150 g margarine
2,5 dl sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cardamom
n. 5 dl blueberries
Preparation
- Mix the melted margarine and sugar together. Add the egg. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and add to the dough.
- Grease and flour the pie dish with the oat flour mix. Pour the dough into the pie dish and sprinkle the blueberries evenly around the edges. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
- Enjoy this gluten-free blueberry pie warm with custard or ice cream!
This went into baking , I think I'll swap the blueberries for currants ? That's because they are ready to pick.

This pie will definitely work with currants too 🙂 Another reason why we call it easy is because it's a great choice for a filling like a filling! Let us know how you liked the currants and if the cardamom was a good match for them too.
What could I substitute for the bun powder mixture, as I'm severely allergic to potatoes, and that's what's in this (and in an awful lot of other ready-made mixtures)?

Thank you for your comment! In this recipe, you can actually substitute any flour for the bun flour mix 🙂 As for our flour mixes, we have also tried oat flour mix, which has no potato flour at all. If you use a single flour, like oat flour or rice flour, be sure to add 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium.
I am now out of bun powder mix and would like to bake this blueberry pie. Can I use your light flour mix instead. And in that case, how much.

Actually, all our flour mixes are suitable for this pie 🙂 Add as much Light Flour Mix as you would Bun Flour Mix.
