170 g Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
55gVirtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free dark wholegrain teff flour
150 g baking margarine
0,25 dl cold water
- Stuffing
2 medium-sized pears
125 g aura cheese
2 dl cream
1 egg
1tspsalt
Preparation
- Bottom
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Prepare the base. Mix together the flour and soft margarine.
- Add cold water and mix until a smooth dough is formed.
- Grease a 22 cm loose pan and press the dough into the sides and bottom of the pan.
- Pre-bake the base in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Stuffing
- Chop the pears (be sure to remove the seeds) and lay them on top of the pre-cooked base.
- Crumble the aura cheese over the pears.
- Mix together the cream, egg and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the other ingredients.
- Bake the pie for 30-40 minutes, until the pie has taken on colour.
- Let the pie rise for a while at room temperature before cutting.
