Gluten-free ham slices are perfect as a snack, for example at the coffee table. Try it and love it!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Curdled butter dough
  • Mix the curd and psyllium into the soft butter.
  • Add the dry ingredients that have been mixed together.
  • Mix the dough until smooth and put it in the plastic wrap, pressed into a disk.
  • Leave to harden in a cool place for at least an hour.
  • Stuffing
  • Take the dough sheet out of the fridge.
  • Place on a baking tray on a baking sheet and roll out into a disk.
  • Chop the ham and eggs and spread them on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the parsley, salt and pepper over the top.
  • Roll the pastry sheet into a tight roll using a baking sheet, like a roll cake.
  • Cut the roll into 1,5-2 cm thick slices.
  • Place on a baking tray on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds to decorate the top.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  • Gluten-free ham slices are at their best when slightly cooled.
