Ingredients
- Curdled butter dough
250gquark
250 g butter
1 tsp baking powder
- Stuffing
200 g ham
3 boiled egg
0,5 dl chopped parsley
0,25 tsp salt
0,25 tsp white pepper
Egg for the butter and sesame seeds on top
Preparation
- Curdled butter dough
- Mix the curd and psyllium into the soft butter.
- Add the dry ingredients that have been mixed together.
- Mix the dough until smooth and put it in the plastic wrap, pressed into a disk.
- Leave to harden in a cool place for at least an hour.
- Stuffing
- Take the dough sheet out of the fridge.
- Place on a baking tray on a baking sheet and roll out into a disk.
- Chop the ham and eggs and spread them on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the parsley, salt and pepper over the top.
- Roll the pastry sheet into a tight roll using a baking sheet, like a roll cake.
- Cut the roll into 1,5-2 cm thick slices.
- Place on a baking tray on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds to decorate the top.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- Gluten-free ham slices are at their best when slightly cooled.
