Gluten-free corn fritters can be enjoyed with both savoury and sweet fillings. If you like, you can also make a tasty layer cake with the pancakes. The dough makes portions for 4 people.

Preparation

  • Beat the egg and milk.
  • Mix in the flour, sugar and salt.
  • Knead the dough until there are no lumps.
  • The pan is heated and greased.
  • Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan and fry the pancake until light brown on both sides.
  • Gluten-free corn fritters can be served as a starter with a vegetable/bean filling or as a dessert with ice cream, jam, sugar or other topping.
