Ingredients
3 pcs bananas
1 pcs egg
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp milk curd
4 tbsp water or milk
1.5 dl Light gluten-free flour mix
0,5 tl salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1tspcardamom
1tspbaking soda
approx. 100 g dark chocolate (min. 70%)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Peel and mash the ripe bananas. For this recipe, it is best to use bananas that are as ripe as possible to make the muffins sweet.
- Add the egg, oil, honey, and quark. Mix. Add the dry ingredients and mix again. Finally, add chocolate if desired.
- Grease a muffin tin or use paper muffin cups. Fill the cups generously with batter and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
- Enjoy them warm! Muffins can be stored in an airtight container or bag in the refrigerator.
Tip
- Gluten-free blueberry-banana snack muffins are made using the same recipe, but use 2-3 dl of blueberries instead of chocolate.
